2. Description of the Service
HabitMir is a routine and habit tracking app that helps users manage daily routines, completions, streaks, widgets, Apple Watch access, and progress-related features.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
HabitMir may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time through your Apple account settings after purchase.
Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s applicable billing and refund policies.
If offered, lifetime access is a one-time non-consumable purchase and does not renew automatically.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use HabitMir and for the data you enter into the app, including routines, reminder schedules, progress, and exported files.
5. Availability and Feature Changes
HabitMir may be updated, modified, improved, or changed over time. We reserve the right to update features, subscription offerings, and app functionality to maintain and improve the service.

Your use of HabitMir is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
HabitMir is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabitMir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from the use of the app.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of HabitMir after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
